Our Leadership Team
Hon Stuart Robert JP
The Hon Stuart Robert chairs Brighter Road Ltd.
Stuart retired from the Australian Parliament’s House of Representatives in 2023 after 16 years serving his nation.
During this period Stuart held Ministerial positions across three successive Australian Governments over nine years. This included being the first Cabinet Minister for the NDIS, Minister for Education and Youth and Minister for Government Services.
Stuart is passionate about ensuring the promise of the NDIS is delivered, especially to the marginalised and poor within our community.
Prior to entering Parliament, Stuart was an entrepreneur and company owner, having built and exited a medium sized Information Technology company that was twice recognised as one of the fastest 200 growing firms in Australia.
Stuart is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy and a top 10 graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon. He served in the Australian Army for 12 years as an Intelligence Officer, including operational service overseas.
Stuart is well educated and equipped to chair Brighter Road. He is a Justice of the Peace (Qual) and has earned:
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA),
- Masters of Information Technology
- Bachelor of Arts (with Honours)
- Graduate Diploma in Information Management and Analysis
- Associate Diploma in Personnel Administration
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
- Currently completing a Certificate 4 in Building and Construction.
Pastor Chantelle Robert
Pastor Chantelle is a qualified and compassionate health professional and secondary education teacher with decades of pastoral and teaching experience.
She has a strong foundation in pastoral care, education, and health science. Over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through holistic, person-centred approaches. She has proven skills in communication, emotional support, and community engagement. She is passionate about empowering people with diverse needs and enhancing quality of life.
